1. Introduction & Definitions

BD 26 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and various other countries worldwide. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between BD 26 and its users.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the BD 26 website, mobile application, and all associated services. Please read these Terms carefully before using any BD 26 service.

• "Platform" — BD 26's website, app, and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any individual registered on BD 26.
• "Account" — A member's personal account on BD 26.
• "Betting" — Any form of betting, gaming, or forecasting activity.
• "Wallet" — The facility for storing funds within a member's BD 26 account.
• "Bonus" — Any additional credits or rewards granted by BD 26.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on BD 26 requires meeting certain basic eligibility criteria. BD 26 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BD 26 is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Members must use a bank account or mobile wallet registered in their own name.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed — a national ID card or passport may be required.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any unauthorized use to BD 26 immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Specific rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on BD 26. Following these rules ensures faster and more secure transactions.

• KYC verification must be completed on your account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.
• BD 26 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• BD 26 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

BD 26 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Bonuses apply to valid, active accounts only.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 3x–10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The maximum bet amount placed using bonus funds may be subject to a limit.
• Each promotion applies to one account at a time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• BD 26 reserves the right to void bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.

The BD 26 welcome bonus is exclusively for first-time registered members. If a person attempts to claim the welcome bonus by creating multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and all funds forfeited.

5. Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply to all betting activity on BD 26 — including Sports Betting, casino, and all other categories — and must be followed at all times.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳ 50. The maximum bet amount varies by event.
• If a match or game is cancelled due to a technical issue, BD 26's decision shall be final.
• Due to network latency in live betting, some bets may be voided — this is a normal part of the process.
• BD 26 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and void any such bets.

• The referee's decision given before the match begins shall be considered the final result.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will remain settled at the original odds.

• All casino games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) — results are entirely random.
• If a live dealer game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
• BD 26 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software glitch.

6. Responsible Gaming

BD 26 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy entertainment for what it is — fun — not a source of problems.

• BD 26 does not and will not provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
• Members may set their own betting limits at any time.
• Members may temporarily suspend their own account if they choose to do so (Self-Exclusion).
• BD 26 provides professional support for members experiencing problem gambling.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD 26. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may hold more than one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud: Registering or conducting transactions using false information.
• Money Laundering: Using BD 26 as a vehicle for money laundering or illicit financial activity.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to BD 26 systems.
• Match Fixing: Exploiting betting advantages to influence the outcome of a game.
• Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets on behalf of others or allowing others to bet on your account.
• Auto-Betting Software: Placing bets using bots or automated software.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

BD 26 places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. We adhere to international data protection standards.

• Personal information provided at registration (name, address, phone number).
• Documents required for identity verification.
• Transaction history and payment information.
• Platform usage logs and activity data.

BD 26 never sells your information to third parties. However, data may be shared with regulatory authorities where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

BD 26 always strives to deliver the best service. However, BD 26's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• In the event that a transaction fails due to loss of internet connection.
• In the event of delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• In the event of service disruption due to force majeure.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their own account credentials with others.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by cyberattacks.

In the event of any loss, BD 26's maximum liability is limited to the amount held in the relevant account.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — BD 26 or the member — may initiate account closure.

• Evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found.
• There is suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• When required to comply with regulatory authority directives.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. Please contact BD 26 support to do so. Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between BD 26 and a member will be addressed through mutual discussion. BD 26 is committed to fair and timely resolution of all disputes.

2. BD 26 will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
3. Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with BD 26's decision, you may appeal to an independent regulatory authority.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by the decision of a neutral arbitration body.

12. Changes to Terms

BD 26 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any such changes.

Continued use of BD 26 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
